All of the above listed conditions are qualifying conditions for the Maryland Medical Marijuana program that is regulated by the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission. This verifiable by bringing your medicals to your evaluation. Once these conditions have been documented our medical staff will evaluate your medical file and perform a physical evaluation. Remember there is NO AGE requirement for Medical Marijuana in Maryland.
Non Residents can qualify
Any non-Maryland resident currently in Maryland for the purpose of receiving medical treatment is eligible to register as a patient. During registration they will be required to provide the address and contact name for the Maryland medical facility where the patient is receiving treatment.
How to Register with MMCC as a Patient or Caregiver:
Patients visit the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission’s website. The first step in obtaining your medical marijuana certification is to register on the commission’s site.
In order to register, patients will need to have a qualifying condition (see Above), a government-issued identification card such as a driver’s license or passport, and a valid email address. In addition, you will be required to upload a passport size photo (from the shoulders up with a white background; no hats or glasses). This photo can be taken on any camera or cell phone and then cropped to the appropriate dimensions on the MMCC website.
